Working Dads’ Summit
The Working Dads’ Summit is back. Join us on Wednesday 11 November 2026, in person and online.
Hosted by Parenting Out Loud, the Summit is one of the biggest national conversations on working dads, parenting, gender equality and the future of work in the UK. It brings together dads, employers, policymakers and allies to talk openly about work, care and modern fatherhood.
Whether you are a dad, an employer or an ally, you belong here.

Why the summit matters
Progress is happening, but there is further to go. The Summit is a chance to celebrate the dads leading the way, recognise the employers setting the standard, share the best practice from the organisations already backing working dads so others can learn from what works, name the barriers that remain, and push for the change families need. The government is currently undertaking the parental leave review and we have a new Prime Minister.
This work is urgent, and it belongs loud and proud in the open.
What we’ll cover
We will be covering some of the issues we know are front of mind for working dads and employers, including the mental load, paternity leave, supporting dads to raise children with healthy relationships and help prevent violence against women and girls, flexible working, staff dad networks, leadership, role modelling and more.
Speakers and agenda
Speakers and the full agenda will be announced soon. Sign up online to be the first to hear who is joining us and what is in the programme.
Our sponsors
We are proud to work with incredible sponsors who help make the Working Dads’ Summit possible.
Become a sponsor
We are looking for sponsors to help us make the 2026 Summit bigger and reach even further.
Sponsoring the Working Dads’ Summit puts your brand in front of HR leaders, DEI professionals, senior leaders and passionate parents. It shows your organisation is serious about supporting working dads and equal parenting, and it helps grow one of the UK’s most important conversations on work, care and fatherhood.
We have a sponsorship pack ready to share. To request it, get in touch.
Last year's summit
In September 2025, we held the world’s first Working Dads’ Summit, sponsored by Universal Music Group UK. Hundreds of people joined us in person and online. We heard from family friendly employers, MPs and campaigners. We launched the updated Equal Parental Leave Leaders List, ran an employers’ best practice panel, talked honestly about dads’ mental health, and closed with Stella Creasy MP and Baroness Penn on the campaign for better paternity leave. The conversation reached the Guardian.
This year, we are building on that and raising the bar again.
